Workshop

How do I communicate my needs or my displeasure with the current situation in an appreciative way?

\

Are you familiar with situations where you would like to say something but you do not know how to say it or to address it properly? Maybe something irritates you, but you prefer to swallow it because you do not want to get into an argument? Besides, in the professional world it is not a good idea to express your feelings and let us be honest, nobody cares…

This workshop will show you how you can do it anyway, be charming and stand up for yourself professionally! I think, reasonable feelings might be very well of interest!

In 60 minutes, I will teach you an easy-to-understand concept on how to react professionally and appreciatively in stressful situations. In four sentences, for example, you can summarise briefly and succinctly that you do not like being kept waiting.

If you are interested, please contact me today. I look forward to sharing some of my experience in challenging interpersonal situations with you.

Survey

Employee satisfaction or: Is internal mediation appropriate?

\

HOUSE OF MEDIATION offers new customers the opportunity to complete a free survey on employee satisfaction.

The research design allows companies to statistically record both signs and causes of conflicts and their consequences. It comprises 20 questions according to scientific standards, which are divided into five blocks.

Within these blocks, the questions build on each other successively and end with an interim result; block 5 concludes with a conclusion.

Open questions allow the respondent to add information and speak freely about current interpersonal challenges. The evaluation of the survey, including a visual presentation, is included. Clients receive a sound basis for further decisions regarding their conflict management and the need for in-house mediation.

I am also happy to support you in the communication between management, works council and employees in the preparation of the survey.

Please feel free to contact us on these topics.
